Background:
The company had seen its sales leads fall to zero due to a local disaster and had very few resources available to turn round the situation.

What we did:
We looked at the way the company was being presented and quickly realised that there was too broad an offering. We convinced the company to focus their efforts and finacial resources on their area of special expertise and to undertake targeted internet marketing. We also looked at their operations and encouraged the establishment of a customer relationship management system. Careful attention to their pricing resulted in higher profits and improving the terms of trade transformed the finacial performance of the business

Result:
Very quickly was getting 20 leads a month and able to convert at least 25% into sales. The company has recently had to cut back the amount of promotional activity in order to cope with the high level of demand being experienced.
